Duke Energy officials are closely monitoring a storm that is expected to bring 2 to 5 inches of snow across central North Carolina, where a winter storm watch is in effect from tomorrow to Saturday morning. On Friday morning through Friday night, freezing rain and sleet are predicted mainly south and east of Raleigh with the highest amounts near Clinton.
