The NC State University Computer Science Department Senior Design Center rejected and deemed a cryptocurrency project unethical for their students. The proposed student project titled “Proof of Publishing Protocol” was submitted by the Digital Currency Monetary Authority based in Washington, D.C. on June 23rd.
