The Charlotte Business Journal is reporting that the Lagoona Bay Beach Club proposed by developer Jake Palillo in Huntersville is getting a lot of opposition by would-be neighbors. Palillo and Bi-Part Development is working to secure rezoning approval to allow his $800 million project on a 263-acres site off Sam Furr Road in Cornelius.
