A North Carolina woman was killed when she walked along Interstate 74 interchange with Business Interstate 85 on Saturday, news outlets reported. The woman had been arguing with a passenger in her car and was hit by another vehicle, police said. High Point police said in a news release that its officers found Charmaine Denise Bostick, 44, of High Point in the median near the busy interchange. The department said Bostick died at the scene despite EMT attempts to save her.
