WNCN is reporting that the North Carolina Senate is scheduled to vote today on whether to legalize medical marijuana, and House leaders say there’s growing support this year for getting a bill to the governor to sign. The North Carolina Compassionate Care Act would allow doctors to prescribe marijuana for a variety of debilitating medical conditions.
