Attorney General Josh Stein won judgments against contractors Dennis Daugherty, who misled customers and failed to do work after Hurricane Florence, and Jorge Garcia, who scammed elderly customers in home repair schemes. Both contractors have been permanently banned from ever doing work for the state.
