On Tuesday night at approximately 7:11pm, Mooresville Police Department officers responded to a reported traffic crash involving a motorcycle and a truck. A passenger on the motorcycle, 44-year-old Theescha Proctor of Mooresville, was pronounced dead at the scene. The motorcycle driver of was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the truck did was unharmed. An investigation is ongoing.
