Margi Kyle of Little Smiles NC joined Good Morning LKN to share how the organization brings comfort and joy to children facing medical challenges across the Lake Norman region. What started with a simple act of kindness has grown into a network supporting nearly 1,500 kids each month—providing everything from meals and gift cards to technology and personalized requests, all guided by hospital nurses. Margi’s mission is simple: “If they have a need, I want to fill it,” creating meaningful moments for children and families during some of their hardest days.
