Tomorrow’s leaders got a financial boost yesterday when N.C. Treasurer Dale Folwell returned $2,897.35 to Lenoir County 4-H during a visit to Kinston. The missing money comes from the Department of State Treasurer’s (DST) Unclaimed Property Division (UPD), commonly called NCCash.com.
