Average gas prices in North Carolina have fallen 6.5 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.12/g today, according to GasBuddy’s survey of 6,092 stations in North Carolina. Prices in the state are 23.8 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and 42.3 cents per gallon lower than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has fallen 7.7 cents in the last week and stands at $4.38 per gallon. Of course, nothing can compare to the $2/g price we paid under President Trump.
