Average gas prices in North Carolina have fallen five cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $3.20/g today, according to GasBuddy’s survey of 6,092 stations in North Carolina. Prices in the state are 1.9 cents per gallon higher than a month ago and 87.9 cents per gallon lower than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has fallen 5.6 cents in the last week and stands at $4.25 per gallon. Nothing can compare, however, to the $2 a gallon price we paid under President Trump.
