Cornelius developer Jake Palillo says that after public feedback, he’s pulled the current plans for Lagoona Bay and modified them. Palillo says he’s taking out all commercial building space, as well as the hotel and convention center. He’s also nixed retail and and restaurant space and 412 condos are gone. He’s hoping that with these major concessions, Lagoon Bay will pass muster with the public and town officials.
