Jim Gordon, owner of Peninsula Prime in the Lake Norman area, joined Good Morning LKN to share what’s ahead for the restaurant, including a refreshed spring menu launching April 1. Known for its steaks, seafood, and patio dining, the restaurant is introducing shareable small plates, entrée salads, and house-smoked seafood while continuing to focus on high-quality sourcing and guest experience. Jim also highlighted Peninsula Prime’s autism-friendly dining initiative, inspired by his daughter, which includes sensory kits, trained staff, and a more comfortable environment for families with sensory needs.
