On Wednesday March 29th, the Statesville Police Department received a complaint alleging a juvenile had been inappropriately touched at American Renaissance School in Statesville. The initial investigation into the complaint found this alleged incident occurred while the juvenile was having pictures taken at ARS Middle School.
