In a new study released by WalletHub, for US House elections, NC ranks fifth among the states with the most and least powerful voters. Minnesota is first and Delaware last. In US Senate elections, NC ranks 31 in the states with the most and least powerful voters, sandwiched between South Carolina at 30 and Georgia at 32. Wyoming has the highest vote power and California the lowest.
