Cornelius Today is reporting that Huntersville Mayor Melinda Bales will seek a second term. Bales says she will work on a number of additional initiatives including a safe route across Hwy. 73 for greenway users, a microtransit program for high school students to access the early college program at CPCC-Merancas and an information technology business incubator in downtown Huntersville.
