With Saturday’s rain and high winds, the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport saw hundreds of flights were delayed or canceled at the last minute, according to flight data. According to Flight Aware, 501 flights were delayed as early as 7pm, while 39 others were canceled. Of the delays, more than 270 were American Airlines flights.
