Lake Norman Media Group is reporting that home sales plummeted for the second month in a row all around Lake Norman in January, as inventory continued to spike compared to the same month a year ago. January closings dropped by at least 31 percent for Lake Norman, Denver and Mooresville, with Mooresville experiencing the highest drop, at 39 percent. The 100 closings for Lake Norman was a 16 percent drop from December.
