BABY BOTTLE CAMPAIGN is a fundraiser that runs all year long to help support the Pregnancy Resource Center of Statesville. The center provides bottles that can be filled with loose change and then returned to the center. You can do this individually, as a church, or even as an event. You can call or email to reserve and schedule to pick up your baby bottles anytime during business hours. This campaign runs all year long and will accommodate your church’s scheduled event. WSIC encourages area churches to participate in this worthwhile campaign. It is an easy simple way for you to support LIFE by participating. Your congregation or group members take a bottle and fill it with change, dollars or checks. The usual time frame is 3-4 weeks from hand out to return.
Each bottle can hold an average of $25, and with participation from other churches and organizations throughout the year, that can add up to 24,000!
Times of the year to initiate your Baby Bottle Blessing fundraiser:
- January – Sanctity of Life Month
- February – Valentine’s Day Sunday to “Love Life”
- Mother’s Day to honor Moms who “Chose Life”
- Father’s Day to honor Dads who “Support Life”
- Summer months for Vacation Bible School mission focus or projects
- October – Respect Life Month
- Any time your church chooses to participate
