Heidi Karant, founder and executive director of 210 Collective, joined Good Morning LKN to share how her nonprofit is creating purposeful opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Lake Norman area. With a background in pediatric occupational therapy, Heidi launched the four-day-a-week vocational program to help citizens build community, develop creative skills, and earn a paycheck through handmade products sold in Davidson.
