The NC Achieving a Better Life Experience Program (ABLE) will be joined by Ali Ingersoll, Ms. Wheelchair America 2023, at the North Carolina State Fair’s second-annual AccessABILITY Day on Sunday, Oct. 16. NC ABLE and Ms. Ingersoll will be located outside Dorton Arena from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. to raise awareness about programs that help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead a fuller life.
