Gabby Reising, co-owner of Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop in Birkdale Village, joined Good Morning LKN to celebrate the shop’s 5-year anniversary and the sweet tradition of Pi Day. Since opening in 2021, the family-run bakery has become a Lake Norman favorite, known for its handcrafted pies, seasonal flavors, and community-focused Pay It Forward program that supports local nonprofits. Gabby shared that the milestone celebration includes a BOGO deal on 4-inch pies on March 13 and a special Pi Day surprise on March 14, where the first 25 customers will receive a “free pie for a year” card.
