Cornelius Today is reporting that Mecklenburg County is nearly finished with the construction of the archery range at Fisher Farm Park. Fisher Farm is 200 acres of land protected by environmental easements. The archery range will add to the passive recreation options allowed within the easement, while not disturbing the soil or causing erosion. Officials are shooting for a May 20 Grand Opening.
