WRAL in Raleigh is reporting that two men were arrested in connection to a shooting that injured a firefighter and a customer eating at a hot dog stand. Elijah Tyshawn Staton, 18, and Kristan Jevon Allen, 21, were both arrested and charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury with intent to kill. Both the firefighter and customer were transported to a local hospital and are in stable condition, officials said.
