The family of Philip Paxson, who drowned recently from driving off a bridge that washed out in 2013 has hired catastrophic- wrongful death attorneys to investigate what caused the accident, hold accountable all those responsible, and prevent future tragedies at the site located in a residential neighborhood near 24th Street Place Northeast in Hickory.
