WBTV is reporting that dozens of firefighters and emergency responders from departments in eastern Rowan County spent time last night at the Rockwell Rural Fire Department getting trained on the latest piece of equipment designed to help save the life of a victim of a cardiac arrest. Rescue workers get an average of 2-3 cardiac calls per day. Pictured: Firefighters learn the basics of using the AutoPulse automated CPR machine during training on Tuesday night.
