A CSX cargo train hit and killed a bicyclist early yesterday morning, according to the Dunn Police Department. Officers say they got the call at 12:10am and when they arrived, the bicyclist had died. The freight railroad company said the train crew was not injured in the crash, and they appreciate the swift response of first responders. Officers said they are working to determine the identity of the bicyclist.
