Cox Mill High School in Cabarrus County was evacuated for the second day in a row yesterday, district officials said. Another robocall threat, similar to Tuesday’s was received. Phillip Furr, a spokesperson with Cabarrus County Schools, said measures were taken prior to students’ arrival to secure the facilities.
