Cornelius Today is reporting that the Cornelius Town Board voted unanimously to approve the Alexander Farms rezoning plan for increasing the number of senior living units from 130 to 143. The board also approved the plan to re-locate and renovate the old sharecropper’s tenant house to a prominent location at the intersection of Westmoreland and West Catawba Avenue. The landscape architect says the tenant house will be a main focal point of the project.
