Charlotte Stories is reporting that a CATS bus crashed into a CMS bus at the corner of Randolph Road and Aylesford Road. According to the Charlotte Fire Department, the driver of the CATS bus had a medical emergency while approaching the intersection, ran the red light, and crashed into the CMS bus. The CATS driver, one CATS bus passenger, and the CMS driver were all rushed to the hospital. The CMS bus was transporting 7 school children, who were unharmed in the accident and returned to their parents.
