A Cary woman is in court today after police charged her over the weekend with killing her two young daughters. Raleigh police responded to a call about two deceased children at Duke Raleigh Hospital on Wake Forrest Road at 9:38pm Saturday, according to a Raleigh Police Department news release. Launice Shanique Battle, 29, is charged two counts of murder of the girls, ages 3 and 2. No further details have been released.
