Business Today is reporting that more than $12.7 million in private investment has been pumped into downtown Mooresville during the past two years, according to Kim Saragoni, Mooresville Downtown Commission (MDC) board chairman. The 501(c)(4) organization takes a preservation-based approach to economic development and community revitalization.
