The wife of fallen Concord Police Officer Jason Shuping, Haylee Shuping, has established a $25,000 endowed scholarship in memory of her late husband. These funds will provide financial assistance to qualified Rowan-Cabarrus Community College students enrolled in the College’s Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET) program. Shuping was killed in the line of duty in December of 2020.
