Baccalaureate School Gymnasium in Davidson is Getting a Facelift, Thanks to $2M in ARPA Funds

Lake Norman Media Group is reporting that the Baccalaureate School Gymnasium in Davidson, a designated historic landmark that opened in 1937, was a “to be determined” piece of the renovation and restoration, bond-funded public facilities undertaking that includes the nearly complete re-purposing of the historic school building at 251 South St. into a new Town Hall & Community Center.
