Axios Charlotte is reporting that officials are still trying to figure out how to safely clean up the massive oil spill in Huntersville that occurred in 2020. The Colonial Pipeline spill was an environmental catastrophe that has mostly flown under the radar, Axios’ Danielle Chemtob writes. The spill hasn’t galvanized public attention the way other environmental disasters have.
