Salisbury-based Three Rivers Land Trust has announced recent funding in the amount of $9,755,298 to protect 5,381 acres of natural areas and family farms across their 15-county footprint. Funding was awarded to TRLT by the North Carolina Land and Water Fund and the North Carolina Agricultural Development and Farmland Preservation Trust Fund. This was a record increase in funding from previous years.
