The NC Achieving a Better Life Experience Program was joined by Ali Ingersoll, Ms. Wheelchair America 2023, at the North Carolina State Fair’s second-annual AccessABILITY Day yesterday. NC ABLE and Ms. Ingersoll was there to raise awareness about programs that help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead a fuller life.
