Recently on Good Morning LKN, we were joined by Marilyn Heyward and Delores Jones of STeAM Children’s Studios to talk about making science, technology, engineering, arts, and math exciting and accessible for children ages 5–12. Through hands-on workshops, community outreach, literacy initiatives, and a new afterschool care program, they’re helping children build confidence, curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills while giving families meaningful educational opportunities beyond the classroom.
