Gateway Pundit is reporting that a Gaston County man with Down Syndrome was fired from his job at Wendy’s after 22 years on the job. Dennis Peek, 51,was looking forward to having a huge celebration after he officially retired. After much backlash, the restaurant offered to hire him back, but his family says he didn’t understand what had happened. They are having a huge retirement party for Dennis. Wrongful termination charges are under consideration.
