State Treasurer Dale Folwell will be returning $13,342 to Real Recovery Clinical Services at its Asheville addiction treatment facility on Monday, as part of his continuing efforts to highlight the Department of State Treasurer’s Unclaimed Property Division. UPD staff discovered the money during routine reviews of data in the system.
