U.S Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC), a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, appeared on Fox News yesterday to discuss his questioning of U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland during a Senate Judiciary Hearing. During the hearing, Senator Tillis asked AG Garland about the recent memo the Department of Justice (DOJ) released on school board meetings and the ongoing border crisis. Tillis said that the problem with the hearing was that Garland couldn’t answer questions.
