Senate Leader Phil Berger (R-Rockingham) toured North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, the nation’s largest HBCU, on Tuesday. During the tour, Sen. Berger saw the groundbreaking work the university is doing in robotics, cybersecurity, and autonomous vehicle technology.
