Amazon has just announced plans to hire over 3,500 new workers around the Charlotte region. They will be looking for new fulfillment and transportation employees and will be offering a starting pay of at least $15/hr and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The new jobs will be coming from their giant new fulfillment center in Pineville as well as 2 new Charlotte delivery stations on Beam Rd and Old Statesville Rd.
