A mother bought her son a North Carolina lottery ticket at a Sheetz convenience store in Greenville — and the prize left the two of them in disbelief. 21-year-old Bryan Castillo Quintana told the N.C. Education Lottery he thought it must be a mistake. But a mistake, it wasn’t, and his $25 ticket was worth $100,000. He reportedly kept $71,017 after taxes.
