One person is dead following armed robbery in Charlotte Saturday night, CMPD said yesterday. Officers responded to calls regarding the robbery around 2:30 a.m. yesterday near 200 N. Caldwell Street. 27-year-old Javone Johnson was found suffering from gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead on the scene. An investigation is underway.
