The number of students and staff on quarantine in North Carolina’s Lancaster County is 1,110 students and staff after just one week of school. The district also has almost 140 people who have tested positive for COVID already. Students make up the majority of the 1,100 quarantined people within the district. It says most of them are from elementary school.
