In a story we recently brought you, we mentioned that out of 22 cities in North Carolina, Davidson and Cornelius were chosen to partner with the NCDOT for the Watch for Me NC Program. We inadvertently forgot to mention that Kannapolis, also in WSIC’s listening area, was chosen to participate, as well. This is the 4th year the Kannapolis Police Department has participated in the comprehensive pedestrian and bicycle safety program.
