Talk about dumb crook news—Jeffrey Dean Athey, who robbed a bank in Rockwell in 2018 has now been charged with robbing another bank in Salisbury. Police say Athey robbed the F & M Bank on Avalon Drive just after 9am on Wednesday. When police showed up, he was still sitting in the parking lot in his pickup truck, making an easy catch for the police.
