Cornelius Decision on Rezoning Will Be Put on Hold Until New Commissioners Meet

Rezoning for a six-story building on vacant land at the corner of Bethel Church and Jetton Extension will be one of the first projects to come before the town’s newly elected commissioners. The project is a request by attorney Justin Ckezepis. The first public presentation is scheduled for Monday November 15th before the outgoing town board. Deputy Town Manager, Wayne Herron, came to an agreement with Ckezepis, to wait until the new board begins to continue discussion of the project.
