Collett Industrial has announced it’s opened Northside 77, a three-building class A industrial park located in Troutman. This 90-acre site offers three spacious buildings totaling around 693,000 square feet. Construction is expected to begin during Q3 2023 with an estimated delivery date during the 2nd half 2024. Following the success of Airport 85 Business Center, this is the second project that Colliers | Charlotte and Collett Industrial have teamed up on within the Charlotte MSA.
